There is so much to say about me, a bit here …. I have done my B.Tech Engineering from JNTU Engineering college and started my career as a AS400 Programmer in india and after that moved to North America, started working on Java, J2EE Technology ever since. My job experience is in Banking, Financial, RFID Analytics, Service and Market Research Industry. I am working in Redwood City, CA for Yodlee, which provides Online Banking & Mobile Solutions to Financial institutions and Banks. I am a Project Manager and Software Developer. I have taken projects from concept through design, implementation and deployment. Acted as contact point for cross functional teams over different geographic locations around the world and coordinated projects.

I have overall 10 years of software development, design and implementation of business applications. i am specialized in UI Technologies, Java, J2EE, XML, AJAX, Struts, JSF, SQL. My strength is in design using design patterns(GoF, J2EE, Java, EJB), UML(Rational Rose), OOAD. I am keen in development methodologies RUP, Agile and Xtreme Programming.
I have middle ware experience of WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ Series.  As a Sr Designer, involved in understanding Scalability issues, identifying Memory leaks, Security issues, Maintanability, Performance issues  etc ….

Personally to describe myself, i am passionate about what i do, i give my best to it and when u did ur part – rest assured, i like Challenge, i like Diversity, i like SYNERGY, i like Strategic Planning, i like Technology, i like Creativity, i like Innovation, i live the moment, i like Happiness, i like Action, i like Productivity, i listen to Inspirational Speeches, for me every day is a learning day …. for me everyday is exciting, i am Stage person, i like Toys & Puppets, i love Kids, i like Color, i like Painting, i like to Dance, i listen to people, i like to interact with people, i am emotional, i like to Work, i like to WIN yes … its all me – I think i am a true JUGGLER and like to play it well.

After working in India, moved to Canada, resided in Vancouver, canada for couple of years – it was like living in a resort place round the year, i like beautiful british columbia, i love the Rocky mountains, love Whistler snow, camped in the thick wood and enjoyed the trails in the country side, jasper was the best part. I enjoy long drives listening to music. I am always ready for picnics and vacation….i never complain on that.
Moving to Bay area is best part of life. People are active, excited about doing things, met some strong leaders and creative people here, sunny round the year. Silicon Valley is the best for work too… i love it here.

I have started companies of my own(i know many more will come…), some of them are started just to do better things non profit, something useful for community. The business will be orienting to provide helping hands to unfortunate others who will make a little profit in their daily lives. Some to challenge my technology skills and creative side. I am working on ground work for some startup ideas to parter with. Contact me if u think like me.

I also take some time to volunteer to community apart from my busy work schedule, time spent with my family …(i know little things will count) bcoz i know i can make a difference. I like to give back bcoz i am happy person, only a happy person can give, an unhappy person always takes from others and asks for more. I also think some of this comes from happy childhood – i am always thankful to my parents for being such a great parents. I think every person has something or the other to give to the community …. their money, time or by speeach – they can inspire others to do good …

Some of my volunteer activities are to help out kids with language classes, helping the telugu community cultural activities , help out the andhra drama(telugu stage activities) talented artists who are in miserable conditions even for their day to day living, helping for fading out indian excellence kuchipudi dance talent, andhra bommalu – some of the best known dolls are from AP like Kondapalli bommalu(dolls) the artists who make this dolls are making pennies for their art, Creative ThinkerToys is on top of my list now ….

I have passion for my career, love my family & friends, i like to inspire my kid and raise her to be a strong leader and who has a heart to help the needy. I think about humanity, unfortunate people whose life can be changed when u do selfless deeds … just start thinking higher ….. about what u have with u to offer, contribute,  what all u could do to make this world a better place to live in ….. Some of us are so self centered that they completely ignore the beautiful world outside.
